4. Leave me the following information;

a. Name
b. Contact no/email address
c. Your address
d. Design/Theme/Colours Combination
e. Date & Time to pick up/delivery/pick up point
f. Your order cupcake flavour, size & quantity.

5. Payment method;

FULL PAYMENT must be made within 4 day from the date you placed your orders
(I will provide my Maybank account no thru email/sms)
