4. Leave me the following information;

• Name
• Contact no/email address
• Your address
• Design/Theme/Colours Combination
• Date & Time to pick up/delivery/pick up point
• Your order cupcake flavour, size & quantity.

Payment method
FULL PAYMENT must be made within 4 day from the date you placed your orders(I will provide my Maybank account no thru email/sms)
